Taxes and customs duties are collected for imported goods at the border checkpoint. All the products are Shipped from France.

Dragon Bleu uses UPS for All Internationnal Shipments. UPS is the world's largest package delivery company. The package will be delivered to you against your signature and upon presentation of an identity document.

  • Home delivery : with UPS Express Saver, the delivery is made mainly within 24h to 48h to your home. You will receive a tracking number which allows you to check in real time the information about the delivery progress. This tracking number will be sent by email and SMS at the outset of the package. The average time of dispatch is 2 working days from the day of dispatch for France Metropolitan; and 5-6 working days for overseas French territories (Colissimo). For our international customers, the average deadline is 2 to 3 days.

For our international customers, the UPS delivery person will notify his passage and will leave a note on your mailbox. He will be back the next day (and perhaps two days later) to deposit your package (except weekend and holidays). In case where constraints prevent you to be there on these 3 delivery attempts, please, contact the UPS (you can find the phone number in the note left on your mailbox) to fix a date of the dispatch (date of your choice).

Return, exchange and refund: your satisfaction guarantee!
Dragon bleu - arrowUPSCan I exchange an item if I am not satisfied?

You can return your items within 30 days after receiving your order. The return must be made only by the postal service’s agents. All returned items will be checked. They must be unused, new, with labels and in their original packaging, to be marketed again on our website. Hygienic products and underwear (groin guards, mask, mouth guards, etc.), customized products at the request of the buyer and the food, cannot be returned nor exchanged.

You must attach the return form with your package, preferably with your invoice and your order number. This number is seen at the client’s account, rubric “my order” and in the subject of the order confirmation mail.

Any return not meeting the conditions mentioned above, is likely to be rejected by our services.

Products on sale during a promotion cannot be returned nor exchanged.

To use your fidelity points, you have just to check “loyalty points” option on the page of the payment method selection when you process the record of your order on the website.
